How much does a medical or dental website cost?
A standard medical or dental website of up to 5 pages has no setup fee and is included with the Flux88 $20/month Management Plan, which requires a 12-month commitment. Additional standard pages are $40 each. Custom functionality is $60/hour, and we always give you an estimate before starting.
Can patients request appointments through the website?
Yes. Every website includes a contact form, which we set up as an appointment request that emails you the patient's name, phone number and preferred time. We also add buttons that link to the scheduling system or patient portal you already use.
Is the website set up to handle patient health information?
No. The included contact form sends by email and is not meant for protected health information, so we limit it to contact details and a preferred appointment time. For anything clinical, the site links patients to the patient portal you already use.
Can you update our insurance list, hours and providers?
Yes. Routine updates such as changing accepted insurance, hours, provider details, photos or service descriptions are included with your Management Plan. Send us the changes and we update the site for you.
Will my medical or dental website show up on Google?
Every website includes a basic SEO setup and is built using SEO best practices, with clear service pages, your providers and your location to help search engines understand your business. That gives each page a clear topic for searches such as “dentist near me” or “family doctor in San Antonio”. We can't guarantee specific search rankings, but your website will have a solid foundation for search visibility.
