How much does an accounting website cost?
A standard accounting website of up to 5 pages has no setup fee and is included with the Flux88 $20/month Management Plan, which requires a 12-month commitment. Additional standard pages are $40 each. Custom functionality is $60/hour, and we always give you an estimate before starting.
Can clients send documents through the website?
Not through the form. The included contact form sends by email, so we limit it to contact details and a short message, and add buttons that link to the secure client portal or file-sharing service you already use for documents.
Can you post tax deadlines and seasonal hours?
Yes. Routine updates such as posting deadlines, changing hours or updating service details are included with your Management Plan. Send us the wording and we make the change for you.
Will my accounting website show up on Google?
Every website includes a basic SEO setup and is built using SEO best practices, with clear service pages and a listed service area to help search engines understand your business. That gives each page a clear topic for searches such as “tax preparer near me” or “bookkeeper in San Antonio”.
